The product is shipped directly from the factory in Thailand. This is to ensure that our customers always receive freshly produced products. We don’t sell old stock products. Please always check the expiry date when buying Neo Hair. Lotion to avoid any disappointment.

You will be notified by an email when the order is shipped. You can trace your shipment from Aramex/ DHL or Shop and Ship website.
- Missing packages can be stressful. But not to worry! Here are some things to try:
- Check that your shipping address is correct.
- Check around your home or building, or with neighbors. Boxes may have been left at backdoors or at the address next door.
- Give it a few more days
- Sometimes carriers incorrectly scan packages that are still in transit. That means that your package could be marked as “Delivered” even though it’s still on its way to you. We completely understand the frustration! But your package is likely to show up within a few days of a false scan
- Check for a notice of attempted delivery. This notice will tell you the steps you should take to receive your package.

- Use your tracking number to start your claim for item lost in transit.
- If your item is damaged upon arrival.
- We recommend that you take a photo or video of the damaged item as is, together with the shipping invoice. Do not open the box or the bottle.
- Email us at support@greenwealthglobal.com with order number, photo or video of damaged item and your shipping invoice to request for a return authorization or WhatsApp us.

- Note: For customers from the UAE or the Middle East, we want you to save the shipping cost for the returns. You have an option to ship your damaged bottles to our address in the UAE. Please let us know if you prefer this option.
