Refund and Returns Policy

Our return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since you received the item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please send us an email with your order number, proof of purchase and reason for return to support@greenwealthglobal.com to request for a return authorization.

Return in case of damage

All parcels are inspected before leaving our warehouse and are opened and inspected again for any defects when arriving at Aramex Thailand shipping center. We can guarantee that all parcels shipped from Thailand are in excellent condition, however, due to the nature of the products, the items might be damaged at some point during transit.

Please inspect the items upon arrival for any defects or damages.

If your item is damaged upon arrival.

  1. We recommend that you take a photo or video of the damaged item as is, together with the shipping invoice. Do not open the box or the bottle.
  2. Email us at support@greenwealthglobal.com with order number, photo or video of damaged item and your shipping invoice to request for a return authorization.

Kindly ensure that you have received a return authorization email before shipping your returns.

Note: For customers from the UAE or the Middle East, you have an option to ship your damaged bottles to our address in the UAE. Please let us know if you prefer this option.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We recommend that you return items using a trackable shipping service. We will not be held liable for parcels lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refund

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
